Did you ever thought you would need additional Mac Software?, well you don't actually need it, but would it be helpful? Would you like it?

Why don't we do a quick check first:

. Does your Mac perform flawlessly and behaves like a champ whenever you need it? Yes.
. Does your Mac crash or gets infected by lots of nasty viruses? Nope.
. Does its menus and general interface are just too good to be real? Yes.
. Aren't its included programs just great, letting you accomplish an amazing range of tasks? Yeah!
. Does all of that means your Mac is already perfect and can't perform even better?

Well...thankfully the answer to that last question is a resounding NO.

Even though your Mac is all what you need and more, there are many programs and mac software for it that can make your computing -and real- life a lot easier.

And here I'll cover some of the most useful programs and software made for Mac that I've come across. Some of them are totally free, some others will cost you a bit, and most will have both a free version with limited features and/or functionality and a fully functional paid version.

I've tried all of them -and still use most on an everyday basis- and will do my best to give you my impressions on them, along with telling you about when a particular piece of Mac software has been specially helpful and give and average rating based on my overall experience with it.

Just one thing before we start: This IS NOT an Apple Software hub or a Mac Software central where you will find every single useful program ever made. The last thing you need is to overload your Mac with stuff you will never use.

These are programs that I've tried, tested, and used myself and I will cover only the ones that have been the most helpful for me hoping that you will find them helpful too.
